Option 1: H-PASS

  • 5, 10 or 30-day options
  • Ideal for frequent patients or visitors
  • In-and-out privileges over a 24-hour period for each visit
  • Must be used within one-year from the date of purchase

How to use your H-Pass:

  • Gated Lots (Lot 1 & 3): Insert or scan the pass upon entry and exit.
  • Non-Gated Lots (Lot 2 and South Lot): Insert the pass into the machine to receive a ticket and display it on your dashboard.

In-and-out privileges:

  • If you exit a gated parking lot during your visit and return within 24 hours of activating your H-Pass, you must park again in a gated lot. Similarly, if you initially park in a non- gated lot, and then exit and return, you are required to park in a non-gated lot upon your return.
    • 5-day H-PASS - $45.00 ($9.00/day)
    • 10-day H-PASS $90.00 ($9.00/day)
    • 30-day H-PASS - $195.00 ($6.50/day)

Option 2: Consecutive Pass

  • 30-day or 45-day consecutive (continuous) pass starting from the day the pass is activated
  • Ideal for patients or visitors coming daily over a 30 or 45-day period
  • In-and-out privileges

Usage Instructions:

  • Gated Parking Lots (Lot 1 & 3): Insert or scan the pass upon entry and exit.
  • Non-Gated Lots (Lot 2 and South Lot): Display pass on your dashboard. Caution: Do not insert Consecutive Passes into Pay & Display machines in non-gated lots, as this may cause the machine to retain your ticket
    • 30-day consecutive pass $150.00 ($5.00/day)
    • 45-day consecutive pass $225.00 ($5.00/day)

Yes, the discounted parking pass available at most hospitals is called HPASS. HPASS is a preloaded multi-day card for 5, 10 or 30 days that gives patients and frequent visitors a discounted parking rate. The HPASS™ card allows for “in-and-out” privileges within a 24-hour time

+ Where can I buy an HPASS card online?

HPASS Permits are not available for purchase online. Please visit your hospital’s Parking Office to purchase and activate an HPASS card. If the hospital does not have a Parking Office, please refer to the signage in the parking lot or visit the hospital’s information desk to find out where you can purchase an HPASS card at your location.
