HPASS Permits are not available for purchase online. Please visit your hospital’s Parking Office to purchase and activate an HPASS card. If the hospital does not have a Parking Office, please refer to the signage in the parking lot or visit the hospital’s information desk to find out where you can purchase an HPASS card at your location.

Osler took unprecedented steps to chart our course for the next five years. We took an inclusive and broad-based approach to develop our 2013-18 Strategic Plan. Osler staff, physicians, volunteers, partners, donors and the community were invited to have their say through our first-ever patient summit, a telephone Town Hall, street team engagement and ”strategic wallpaper” posted throughout the hospital sites. Over a period of 200 days, we held 30 sessions with both internal and external stakeholders leading to more than 12,000 interactions.
All of this work helped shape our new Strategic Directions, Mission and Vision statements for the organization. Our new Strategic Plan will set our course for the next five years and serve as the roadmap for how we will evolve health care in our community to achieve our Vision to deliver patient-inspired health care without boundaries.
